Since 2005, Flowerpot Press has been planting the seeds that help young minds grow, offering a broad range of titles developed to entertain, educate, and inspire children. In the years since, Flowerpot Press has been doing a lot of growing itself. We are dedicated to creating fun, high-quality children's books for young readers and have continued to branch out to find more ways to bring our books to shelves in schools, stores, and libraries across North America and beyond.

Bea Moritz grew up with a love for art. In school she studied English literature and later received a diploma in computer animation. After the birth of her first child, she decided to pursue her passion for painting and art, and even worked as freelance artist. Bea lives in the mountains with her husband, three kids, and the family dog, and spends her free time skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer.
